1) Snatch
Set 1: 2 reps @ 60%
Set 2: 2 reps @ 70%
Set 3: 2 reps @ 80%
Set 4: 2 reps @ 85%
Set 5: 1 rep @ 90%
Set 6: 2 rep @ 80%
Set 7: 2 reps @ 85%
Set 8: 1 rep @ 90%

2) 2 Cleans + 1 Jerk
Set 1: 60%
Set 2: 70%
Set 3: 80%
Set 4: 85%
Set 5: 90% (1 clean & 1 jerk)
Set 6: 80%
Set 7: 85%
Set 8: 90% (1 clean & 1 jerk)

3) Snatch Pulls
4 x 2 reps @ 100%

4) Front Squat:
Set 1: 3 reps @ 60%
Set 2: 3 reps @ 70%
Set 3: 3 reps @ 80%
Set 4: 3 reps @ 85%
Set 5: 2 rep @ 90%
Set 6: 3 rep @ 80%
Set 7: 2 reps @ 85%

5) Press:
4 x 3 reps

    C&J: 165, 190, 215, 230, 245 (F), 215, 230, 240
    Snatch Pulls: 215
    Front squat: 185, 215, 245, 255 and ran out of time. will have to finish this along with the Press at a later time.

    Good group and fun morning—excellent start to the week.

  2. Awesome Job Sam on the Snatch PR. Bar speed looked really quick today at the 2nd pull.

    Snatch – 140, 160 (2 of 3), 185 (1 of 2), 195, 207, 185, 195, 212

    2 C + 1 J – 165, 190, 215, 230 (missed Jerk), 245 (missed Jerk), 215, 230, 240

    Snatch Pulls – 205, 215 x 3

    Front Squats – 185, 215, 245, 265, 285, 245, 265

    Presses – 155, 165 x 3

    Fun morning, but a little on the long side.

  3. Congrats to Sam for the snatch PR!

    Snatch: 115, 135, 155, 165, 175, 155, 165 (failed 1), 175, tried 185 and got it.

    CNJ: 170, 195, 225, 240, 260, 225, 240, 260. Last 2 sets of 240 and 260 got tough!

    Front Squats: 200, 230, 265, 280, 300, 265, 280.

    Pulls: 195

    Press: 165, 170

    Pretty challenging to me. Liked how the percentages went back up!

    1. I agree with Rocket on liking how the percentages went back up. This made the 80 and 85 percentages feel really light which helped mentally when going back to hit the 90.
