For those that are new to CrossFit, Fran is the ultimate bench mark WOD. You can talk to any CrossFitter in the world and they will understand what you mean when you ask “what is your Fran time?”. Guys, your Fran time in the world of CrossFit is equivalent to asking “how much do you bench?”. We encourage everyone to make it to today’s WOD. Today will be a major part of your CrossFit experience. Fran will require you to dig deep. Your mind will be forced to overcome your perceived physical limitations. You will be better after today’s WOD. See you at the gym.
