1) On the minute for 6 rounds complete:
4 deadlift (345/205lb)
8 ring dips

2) On the minute for 6 min complete:
1 snatch (squat) + 5 overhead squats
(Do 1 squat snatch and immediatly do 5 squats. The first snatch counts as 1 squat)

3) 3 rounds for time:
20 front squats (95/65lbs)
20 burpee box jump overs (24/20″)
Rest 5 min

  1. Deadlift/ring dips: fun wod. did muscle ups to get in dip position. All rounds b/t 30-35 seconds.
    Snatch/ohs: used 160 lbs. Happy about not missing any. all rounds 13 seconds.
    Wod: one of the hardest wods I have ever done. My quads were on fire after each round. total time of 16:16.
    Fun morning with everyone there (even Mama Bear).
    Nate got under 230 on a heavy snatch and stopped. He will stand it up next week.

  2. Deadlift/Ring dips: made 5 rounds, did not make the 6th.

    Snatch/OHS: used 155, made all 6 rounds.

    WOD: 18:21-brutal!
