2) Back Squat
8 sets x 2 – 3 reps @90% +/-

3) GHD Sit Ups
3 sets x 20 reps

  1. Worked up to 225lb C & J (PR)

    Back Squat 8 x 2 @ 300lbs

    It feels really really good to finally get a couple of PR’s and it feels even better to watch Pit PR. Great job Nate and Pit.
    I think our NON-country music has helped everyone’s blood flow. Fun Morning.
