1) 10 min pull up work

2) 3 rounds not for time:
5 pistols
10′ hand stand walk (we will practice this)

3) Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 min of:
8 toes to bar
20 air squats

Nutrition Seminar, Thursday at 5:30 pm.

Yoga for Athletes will be at 5:30am instead of the evening.
