1) On the minute for 8 minutes, complete 3 split jerks. Weight should be 65% – 75% 1RM.
Work on bringing the bar down to the shoulders and going directly into the dip of the next split jerk.
2) Snatch Pulls:
3 x 3 reps @110% 1RM
3) 3 rounds for time:
Run 400m
25 x unbroken kettlebell swings (32/24 kg)
12 x toes to bar
10 x burpees
rest 3 min
175 for OTM split jerk
205 snatch pulls
17:31 total time for wod, ran the 1st and 2nd 400 and rowed the last one. Felt good on the runs and got the 1st and 2nd rd of kb and ttb unbroken.
