1 Squat on 1st minute

2 squats on 2nd minute

3 squats on 3rd minute

Etc.

Rounds are as follows:

1-10 OH squats

11-20 Front Squats

21-  Back Squats

Highest number of Rounds wins!

For Time:

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

Burpees

10 situps after each round of burpees
