3 x 3 reps @ 75 – 80% 1RM
Rest 2 min b/t sets

2) 3 rounds not for time:
3 turkish get ups each arm
5 tall box jumps

3) Row 500m for time

Endurance WOD: 

Couch to 5k
6-8 x 200m with 2 minute rest
Zydeco
(half) 8 x 200m with 90 sec rest
(whole) 10 x 200m with 90 sec rest
