1)  3 rounds not for time:
Spend 2 min practicing butterfly pull ups
6 – 8 kipping handstand push ups
8 pistols

These movements today are being done to practice speed and efficiency

2) Complete 10 rounds of:
Row 200m
5 squats
10 sit ups (hands touch above head and at feet)

Do this at 90% effort.
