1) Push press
3 x 3
(Add 1 – 5 lbs to weight from 2 weeks ago)

2) Pull Up & Push Up Ladder: On the first minute do 1 pull up and 1 push up, the next minute do 2 of each…keep going up until you can longer do pull ups or push ups. If you stop on one you can keep going on the other.
