CrossFit Kids Summer Program is Back! by Jason Hawk
It’s that time again! CFA’s Summer CrossFit Kids program will begin Tuesday, June 4th and run through Thursday, August 1st.
What is CrossFit Kids?

CrossFit Kids makes fitness FUN! As our children are becoming more and more sedentary and with childhood obesity on the rise, now is the best time to start to incorporate health and fitness into the lives of our children. The goal of our CrossFit kids program is to lay the foundation of fitness and allow our children to develop a lifetime love for being active and healthy. To help achieve that, each class includes a warm-up and skill review of functional movements, a workout, and a game to make things fun!
Program Staff:
Certified CrossFit Kids instructors, Jason Hawk and Shelly McRae, will coach CFA’s CrossFit Kids program.
Ages & Times:
Ages 5-8yrs
Tuesday & Thursday @ 1pm
Ages 9-14yrs
Tuesday & Thursday @ 2pm
Pricing:
$65/ month for members
$75/ month for non-members
($5 off for additional sibling)
$15 drop-in fee; $85, 10 visit punchcard

How long are the kids classes?
Christina, the classes last 45 minutes.
