1) 3 rounds not for time:
10′ hand stand walk
6 x heavy turkish get ups
12 x v-outs

2) 5 rounds:
max weighted pull ups (70/30 lb)(min 3 reps)
rest 20 seconds
15 chest to bar pull ups
rest 20 seconds
10 strict hand stand push ups
rest 2 minutes

3) Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of
5 x deadlift (225/135 lb)
7 x bar facing burpees

  1. Today was another great full body workout.
    20kg Turkish get ups and V-outs are great and really take it out of me. Need more practice on hand stand walks.
    I could only get one at a time using 70kg but did 3 singles each round, did 6/5/4 Butterfly CTB and got all the HSPU.
    Got 9 rounds even. We kept a steady pace and then charged the last minute.

  2. Got 7 complete rounds, not the best preformance, but just means I have room for big improvement. Got all CTBPU and HSPU un-broken, that 70lb kb was REDICULOUS!!! Great work-out.

  3. 1. 45# BB for the Turkish Get-Ups
    2. After the first two rounds, had to go down to 50# for the pull-ups, and barely got those. C2B and HSPU were unbroken.
    3. 4 Rounds plus 4 DL’s

  4. Big day in the gym. Turkish getups used 14 kg and dropped to 12 in last round.
    HSPU were pretty weak. I have been doing kipping and have lost the power for strict. Was pleased to get them using a 25lb plate. (used 45 lb x 2 rounds)
    Weighted pullups 30lbs 2 reps then 1.5 only for the rest.
    For my WOD ugh … Just saw that I should have done 5 DL then 7 BFB per round. I did 7 DL each round.sooo… I did 7 rounds plus 2 DL so really I did total 100 reps. (need to follow directions)
