1) Overhead Squat
3 x 5 reps (same weight on all sets)
1 x max reps at 80% 5 rep weight

2) Partner WOD:

Partner 1 completes
10 x clean and jerks (135/95lb) (power of full)
30 double unders

Partner 2 must hold the bar in a front rack position while Partner 1 does double unders. Double unders only count while the bar is in the front rack.

Next, Partner 2 completes the rep scheme and Partner 1 holds the bar during the double unders.
Partners continue roating in this manner for 8 minutes. Score is total reps.
