  1. Brandon, Brad and I went to LC and did the swimming. It was an awesome workout and a fun change of pace. Brad and I realized how hard it is and how bad we suck at swimming. We managed to scare everyone else out of the pool with all of our splashing and flailing around.
    We will do anything y’all program and a mini Tri would be really fun and challenging to do – just sayin.
