We will be loading up equipment to bring to the Coliseum at 5pm on Thursday at both CFA and CF28. We will load Thursday and unload on Friday. We can use all the help we can get if you are available Thursday!
A separate workout will be posted on Thursday and Friday for those of you competing in Battle of the Fittest. It will be light and restorative to get you ready for Saturday.
The gym will be closed on Saturday and Monday (Labor Day). There will be no 5am class on Friday and no endurance class on Thursday.
1) Snatch Balance
4 x 2 reps
2) 3 rounds for time:
5 overhead squats (155/105lb)
15 bar facing burpees
Overhead squat should be heavy.
