A separate workout will be posted on Thursday and Friday for those of you competing in Battle of the Fittest. It will be light and restorative to get you ready for Saturday.

The gym will be closed on Saturday and Monday (Labor Day).

1) Spend 10 minutes working up to a heavy clean & jerk.

2) Power Snatch
3 x 1.1.1 reps (65 – 75% 1RM)

1.1.1 is 3 reps with 10 sec between reps to reset.

3) Complete for time:
Run 800m
40 Kettlebell swings (24/16kg)
Run 400m
20 Kettlebell swings

Rx+: (32/24kg)
