1) Test:
Complete 1 set of max unbroken pull ups

2) Power cleans
4 sets x 5 reps (unborken reps) @70-80%, increase weight each set until you reach a max

3) Complete as many rounds as possible in 21 min of
Row 1,000m
Run 400m

  1. Got 13 pull ups. Better than I thought I would do.

    Did 85, 95, 105, 105 on the cleans. Shoulders are bothering me so I didn’t push it.

    3 rounds plus 40m on the WOD.

    225 x 5 on the cleans (the Progenex sponsorship is helping)
    3 rds plus 690 meters. Fun wod, should have pushed Beebe a little harder.
