4) 3 rounds not for time:
3 -5 glute ham raise
3 turkish get ups

  1. On the 15th I did:

    W Connie:
    Snatch Balance: 55, 65, 75, 85, 95, 95# (failed third attempt last set of 95#)
    Halting Cleans: I only did up to 105# today.

    About 3 hours later on my own:
    Row 30 minutes: 6567 meters
