10 min AMRAP
20 Hand Release Push Ups
10 Alt Ground to Overhead KB
(24/16kg)
Rest 10 Minutes
5 min Amrap
10 Ground to Overhead (115/75lb)
5 Box Jumps
Rest 5 min
3 min AMRAP
10 Goblet Squats (24/16kg)

Only one partner works at a
time. One partner must
complete a full round before
they can switch out. Score is
total reps.
