The Crawfish Boil and Open Workout 13.5 will be today. 13.5 workout will start at 10am and will take the place of the 9am Intro Class and Regular 10am class. Foundations will still be held at 8am.
Endurance WOD:
Run: 20 minutes (90 seconds on 30 seconds off) 5k pace
Tri: Bike 12 – 15 miles then run 1.5 miles immediately after ride
