Complete 30 min on our new stair master then,
3 x 10 bicep curls (or do 21’s if you remember that from back in the day)
flex abs in mirror for a few seconds
3 x 10 calf raises (feel the pump)
50 crunches (but don’t sit up too far)

APRIL FOOLS!!!

The real WOD is

3 cycles of complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of

5 Pull Ups
10 Burpees
10 Deadlift (135/95)

rest 2 min between each cycle (Score each round separately)

It’s official!! CFA coach and athlete, Jeff P, has qualified to compete at the 2012 South Central Regional CrossFit Games in San Antonio!! Jeff qualified by placing in the top 60 competitors in the South Central Region in the CF Open. Join the large CFA crew going to San Antonio to share this awesome experience. The weekend is April 27 – 29. Get your tickets, book your hotel room and purchase a flight or get ready for an intense car pool…drive to San Antonio for time…3 – 2 – 1 – GO!
