Join Yoga for Athletes at 5:30am or 6:30pm, Thursday.

1) 3 rounds not for time:
30 sec L sit
10 hand stand push ups
30 double unders

2) 5 rounds for time:
10x goblet squats (24/16kg)
10x toes to bar

5 min time cap

Endurance WOD:
Performance – OFF

Run: 3 x (200 + 300 + 400) rest the time it takes each interval
Tri: Run – 3 x (200 + 300 + 400) rest the time it takes each interval

Lance will be leading a long run on Friday at 5am from the Louisiana Athletic Club in Pineville (Myrtlewood Run). It’s a great hilly run, about 6 miles. If you are able to join him, please email him at Lance will modify the route for those not yet able to run 6 miles.
