4 x bar facing burpees

2) 10 min as many rounds as possible of:
3 x overhead squats (135/85lbs)
6 x hand stand push ups
9 x chest to bar pull ups

rest exactly 5 min then complete

5 min as many rounds as possible of:
20 push ups
20 kettlebell swings (24/16kg)
