CF Games:  The majority of the coaches will be heading out to Los Angeles to watch the CrossFit Games this weekend. We look forward to bringing new ideas and insights back for CFA! You can stay up to date on the Games by clicking here. The events will also be on ESPN 3 this weekend.

Revised Schedule: Thank you for bearing with us as we will be short handed over the next few days. As such their will be no 4:30am class this Thursday and no 10am class on Saturday. Open Gym on Saturday will be from 9am – noon.
