Preparation for 13.3 by William Albritton 13.3...We are prepared to do very well in the workout. The past 8 weeks of training have focused on squat endurance which is why you will be able to blow through the wall balls. It's as if we were doing those 30/20lb wall balls for a reason. At 5:30pm, a mobility class will be held instead of the regular class. John Davidson, Physical Therapist, will conduct the class. The mobility class will utilize techniques to increase your range of motion and facilitate recovery.
