2) Spend 12 minutes to test 1RM Clean & Jerk.

3) 10 min AMRAP:
Run 100m
10 burpees
30 double unders

  1. 10 pullups
    145 # clean and jerk

    June 1- Weight 190#
    Sept 4-(50 th birthday)- 168#
    It takes diet AND exercise! Thanks CFA
