3 x tall snatches
5 front levers
8 tall box jumps

2) Run 3 miles for time.

3) 6 rounds not for time
200m sled pull
3 – 5 glute ham raise

Guys – 3x 45lb plates
Ladies – 2x 45lb plates

  1. Used 55# on the tall snatch. Should prob do more of these.
    Front levers . . . Well. . .
    30″ on the box jumps

    3 miles – 26:25

    Only got 3 sled pulls in
    Legs aren’t long enough to do glute ham raises
