With all the excitement in the air about CF, we are going to offer a 3 week beginners course starting next week. Please tell your friends that have been wanting to try CF! It will meet Tues & Thurs at 6pm at in Alexandria. After that they would be introduced to the regular classes.     1. Hey Brandi, The program will be a great way to get started with CrossFit. You will learn all the basic movements and will see an increase in your endurance and strength in those 3 weeks. The cost is $75.
