1) Back Squat
10 sets x 3 reps @ 93%

2) Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 snatch (155/75 lb) (power or full)
6 hand stand push ups
9 chest to bar pull ups

  1. Did yhe WOD first because of timing.
    7 rounds plus 3 / 6 / and 2 CTB
    75# power snatch was fun. Used ab mat and 15 # plates. Will do 25 # plates next time.
    Lightened the load a bit on my back squats due to no spotter and the need to do some lower squat work.
    Worked up to 155 # 3 reps x 6 sets.
