Complete the following for time:

Helen:
3 rounds for time:
run 400m
21 kettlebell swings
12 pull ups

then immediately complete

1 mile sled pull (115/70lbs)

then immediately complete

50 lunges (total) with 135lb on back

Workout Notes: Perform Helen as if you are trying to PR. Do not pace it. Sled pulls are light. Go fast wether that is walking or running.

  1. this wod was excellent–long, but fun. Had a good group but missed a few. Always funny when Beebe tells his tales of Nantucket.
