4 – 6 kipping hand stand push ups
3 – 5 front levers

2) Back Squat
5 sets x 9 reps @ 75%

3) For time:
Row 800m
40 kettlebell swings (32/24kg)
30 box jumps (30/24″)
20 toes to bar
10 power cleans (185/115 lbs)

  1. Finished the workout right under 10 minutes..wanna say 9:57 but not sure. Got to do the workout with “The Horse” this morning so he can justify my time. Great programming William..crushed once again!

  2. 8:04 – definitely think 7:30 is doable on that one if it was so freakin early in the morning! LOL! Managed it best I could. Enjoyed hitting the WOD at CCC with my boy Marshall. We miss you at CFA brother. Yall have a great gym and I’ll be back. Congrats on your 195# snatch and sub 2:30 Fran by the way. Keep your eye on the prize – 2013 Regionals!!!
