3 x power clean & push jerks + 2 clean & jerks (full, split)
(unbroken, heavy)

2) 5 rounds for time:
10 burpee box jump overs
30 double unders
10 power snatch (115lb)
rest 3 minutes

3) Yoga for Athletes at 6pm

  1. had difficult time maintaining hook grip on the complex. Of course, Brad and Scott made it look easy.
    115, 135, 145 (had to drop on the 145’s).

    Rowed 8 rounds of 200 meters instead of the runs.

  2. C&J’s – 3 rounds @ 110 Had to drop a couple times

    Wod – 22:25 Harder than it looked, last 2 rounds of snatch were singles
