1) Jerk from the Rack (split)
5 x 2 reps

2) 5 rounds for time:
10 burpees
20 kettlebell swings (24/16kg)
30 double unders

3) Yoga for Athletes at 6pm

Endurance WOD:
(Complete 3 hours before or after Performance WOD)

Run -OFF
Tri – Swim- with shirt for drag 3(50m + 100m + 200m) rest the time it takes to do each interval
