5 reps @ 75 – 80%
3 reps @ 85 – 90%
1 rep @ 90 – 95%
2) 10 minutes:
Even minutes complete 5 weighted pull ups
Odd minutes complete 8 pistols
(5 rounds of each)
3) 3 rounds not for time:
200m backward sled pull (heavy)
15 toes to bar (if able, do these strict)
Clean & Jerk Complex – 205, 205, 205 (u/b). it was very challenging to stay unbroken and keep good form.
8 x 200 sprints at 87%, 90 second rest
