Run 400m
21 x kettlebell swings (24/16 kg)
12 x pull ups

    8:25 Helen – not so much of a PR. – the runs were slooow ready to build the engine but must stay patient and keep the ultimate goal in sight!

    Almost done with the 3rd week of squat cycle. yes folks – you will survive! Keep it up!!

  2. 10 X 3 B. SQUAT @ 325, I got stronger as the sets went on but this was quite challenging.

    My first time to do either one of these girls. You always remember your first time.

  3. Squats were tough. Worked to get below parallel and dropped some weight. Went 155 for a set then dropped to 145.
    Grace 7:34 first time at RX….ready for Natalie. Really need some footwork work. It’s all about quick feet.
    I will say Janelle had nice form on her split jerks.
    Helen 8:54 sloooow runs. Mucho improved from Texas avenue when I almost passed out and couldn’t finish with 16kg kettle bell.
    Highlights this week… 30 muscle ups and improved technique and speed on TTB. Thank u Jason and Roger. DU challenge for me …250 / 5 days a week.
