Thursday and Friday are Bring a Friend Day! Grab a pass at the front desk and invite that person you have been pushing to CFA.

Please help us keep our neighbors at Tractor Supply happy by not parking in their truck loading area or turnaround by the dumpster or under the big tree. You can park anywhere in the grass on our property if the lot is full.

Tri- swim- 8 x 100m with 20 sec recovery
