9 reps x 4 sets @ 75% 1RM

2) 3 rounds not for time:
3-5 front levers
6 Turkish get ups

3) 4 rounds for time:
25 KB swing (32/24kg)
40 double unders
15 handstand push ups

  1. back squats felt good today, suprised from yesterdays tri and capacity test.

    WOD time: 13:49 – I do not believe I did enough shoulder workout in WOD. May go back and do 100 handstand pushup for time later. haha

  2. Back squats were killer!!!! I struggled on all reps all rounds, I suck!
    WOD was stupid too, 13:14 was my time, Lance, call me when you want to get the extra shoulder reps in…

  3. Oooh not pretty after sitting for 5 days.
    130lbs back squat 4 sets of 9 reps felt really good.
    Sorry skipped b due to time.
    Killer 24kg kb WOD 21:05. Ugh.
    On the bright side double unders MUCHO improved.
