1) 3 rounds not for time:
30 double unders
30 sec L sit on rings
5 tall box jumps

2) Spend 12 minutes working up to a heavy Jerk from the Rack

3) 3 rounds:
20 x GHD sit ups

  1. Worked on pistols a little today after skill work (still struggling!)

    Got up to 2-45’s and a 25 pd plate for tall box jumps.

    In 12 min got up to 275 rack Jerk. Got a PR at 295 after the 12 min, failed 300.

    Will feel the GHD’s tomorrow!
