Worked on pistols a little today after skill work (still struggling!) Got up to 2-45’s and a 25 pd plate for tall box jumps. In 12 min got up to 275 rack Jerk. Got a PR at 295 after the 12 min, failed 300. Will feel the GHD’s tomorrow! Reply
