This Saturday at 9am, come out to Inglewood Farms for a Farmer’s WOD!! You are not going to want to miss this! The work out will involve farmers carry and plow pulls! Invite your family and friends. While you are there you can pick up some local, organic vegetables and grass fed beef and pork. There will still be a regular 10am class at the gym.
1) Front Squat
5 reps @ 75 – 80%
3 reps @ 85 – 90%
1 rep @ 90 – 95%
2) Snatch Deadlift
3 x 3 reps
3) Complete for time:
Run 400m
20 burpee strict pull ups
Run 200m
10 burpee strict pull ups
Run 100m
5 burpee strict pull ups
