1) Front Squat
5 reps @ 75%
3 reps @ 80%
1 rep @ 90%
5 reps @ 85%
3 reps @ 90%
1 rep @ 95%

2) For 20 minutes, complete 1x snatch every other minute. Add weight each set. (10 rounds total)

3) 4 rounds of:
5 x deficit strict hspu
45 sec hollow hold

    Back Squats
    5 @ 295
    3 @ 315
    1 @ 350
    5 @ 330
    3 @ 345
    1 @ 370

    Snatches
    155, 165, 175, 185, 190, 195, 200, 205, 210, 215 (got all attempts)
    Felt pretty good so kept going up and got 235 for a 5# PR.

  2. Congrats to Scott on the 235 snatch!

    FS: 5-265, 3-285, 1-320, 5-300, 3-320, 1-340 (failed)

    Snatch: 140, 145, 150, 155, 160, 165, 170, 175, 180, 185-made all attempts.

    Used 2/45’s for HSPU.
