1) Dead Lift
3 x 3
(add 2 – 5lbs to last week’s load)

2) Run 800m for time w/ 45/35 lb plate.

3) 3 min on, 1 min off, 2 min on, 1 min off, 1 min on of hollow rocks and super mans. When you are unable to continue with one, immediately roll to the other.

Due to the Adventure Race this weekend, there will be no 9am Intro Class or 10am class this Saturday. Open gym will be from 7am to 11am as scheduled.
