  1. Great job to all the group that powered through Nate this morning. It looked brutal from the sidelines.

    Deep South Wod 1 – Row 1,000m, 100 double unders, 50 pistols. 9:20, I really fought the double unders and expect to do much better at the competition

    6-5-4-3-2-1 Muscle Ups and HSPU – 8:28

  2. Nate:14 rounds plus 2 muscle ups. 198 reps. KB’s were pretty hard as the wod went on.
    did the runs from yesterday afterwards. good morning.

  3. Nate: 9 rds +1 MU-pretty stoked about this one!
    Did GHD from earlier this week with 14 pd med ball.
    Did the 400/800 int from earlier this week. Mixed it up with running and rowing.

    Good luck to everyone who’s doing the shoot out! Those wods look tough!

  4. 15 rds and I agree with Sam, KB’s were harder than expected. No run for me, still recovering from an admin day yesterday.
