Wall Ball/KB 3:11-All unbroken! 200 Row/Box Jump 4:46-No touch n go yet. Was able to get full extension at top though and had to step down. DU/CTB 8:32-1st wod with DU since injury. was able to get 10 unbroken a few times. WOO-HOO! Reply
