  1. Completed Friday due to swim clinic
    Wall ball / kb – 4:49
    200m run with box jumps – 5:05
    40 DU x 3 in 2:23 (no CTB for me today)

    Brutal

  2. Wall Ball/KB 3:11-All unbroken!

    200 Row/Box Jump 4:46-No touch n go yet. Was able to get full extension at top though and had to step down.

    DU/CTB 8:32-1st wod with DU since injury. was able to get 10 unbroken a few times. WOO-HOO!
