Wod:19:21 Used 155 snatch on 1st round and went up to 165 last 4 rds. Got through the triple def HSPU ok-1st time doing those. Pistols seemed a “little” better today-not so on CTB! Reply
Great morning but we were missing quite a few: Nate, Pit, Beebe, Marcus and CT decided to sleep in. Wod was another good one and everyone worked through it. 12:36 Rx Breakfast afterwards was even better than the wod. Reply
