2 snatch (185/110lbs)
4 defecit handstand push ups (3/1 45lb plate)
6 pistols
8 chest to bar pull ups

    Used 155 snatch on 1st round and went up to 165 last 4 rds.

    Got through the triple def HSPU ok-1st time doing those.

    Pistols seemed a “little” better today-not so on CTB!

  2. Great morning but we were missing quite a few: Nate, Pit, Beebe, Marcus and CT decided to sleep in.
    Wod was another good one and everyone worked through it.

    Breakfast afterwards was even better than the wod.
