1) Snatch Pulls
3 x 3 reps

2) Complete for time:
5 rounds
5 power cleans (155/105lbs)
10 burpee box jump overs (24/20″)

Endurance WOD:
(Complete three hours before or after Performance WOD)

Run – OFF
Tri – Swim – 5 x 2 minutes on 30 sec off
