2) Snatch Deadlift:
3 x 3 reps

3) In 8 min, complete as many rounds as possible of
20 double unders
10 Kettlebell Snatch (24/16kg)

Endurance WOD:
(Complete 3 hours before or after Performance WOD)

Run – off
Tri – swim – 10 minutes as far as possible
