1) Hang Snatch:
5 x 1.1 reps
2) Snatch Deadlift:
3 x 3 reps
3) Two rounds of
3 rounds for time
15 x kettlebell swings (24/16kg)
Run 200m
Rest 3 min between each round
Endurance WOD:
(Complete 3 hours before or after Performance WOD)
Run – (HALF) 5 x 800m with 3 minute rest.
(Whole) 6 x 800m 3 minute rest
Tri – bike – 5 x 2 miles with 2 minute rest
