Endurance WOD:
(Complete 3 hours before or after Performance WOD)

Run – 2 x 2 mile repeats
Tri- bike – 10 mile time trial

  1. Ran the mile in 8:23 . . .1 mile PR is 8:08 so I didn’t think that was too bad.
    The key to kbs is don’t put it down. It’s harder to get it going again!

  2. that was one llloooonnnggg mile! I have no idea how long it took me, but it seemed like forever. i did the whole wod in 12:39, rx. pretty fun and didn’t have to do any extra burpees…

  3. WOD time was 10:18. Probably my fastest mile yet. Have no idea what my mile time was but I know my dad was right on my heels. Nothing like the possibility of being beat by your dad to make u find a couple of gears you didn’t know you had.

  4. Not my fastest mile ever but it is always fun to run to the point of wanting to throw up 🙂
