Lance and Laurie welcomed Jackson Cruz Lopez to the world on Monday evening…7 lbs 4 oz!!! Father is doing well…oh and the baby and mother are great, too.

After 6 grueling workouts over 7 weeks, Jeff finished 66th in the US South Central Region of the CrossFit Games Opens. What a great accomplishment!! Next year he will nail over head squats and make the top 60 to move on to Regionals. Will you compete next year?
