Saturday in the Park this Saturday at 9am, Compton Park. Get a nice outdoor workout. in This will take the place of the 9am and 10am class at the gym.

  1. 285 lb backsquat 140 lb press 365 lb deadlift. 790 lb total.
    Previous backsquat max was 225 lb last summer. Press strength definitely needs work. Deadlift form needs some tweaking. But got a good baseline to compare future strength gains to.

  2. Back squat 205, press 85, deadlift 230
    510 Crossfit total.
    I hope as my core strength improves I can keep my chest up more on the back squat.
    Gonna be tough to make sig gains on the press.
